At Adventure Valley, we believe in making life as easy and as stress-free as possible for all our camp parents. That’s why we have our unique Cancellation Policy in place, as well as our signature Happy Camper Guarantee!

“We’re Parents Too” Cancellation Policy:

A) Up until May 31, 2024 at 11:59PM:

We know – plans change! Cancel your child’s session before June 1, and you will receive a full refund (less any credit card fees incurred). 

B) From June 1, 2024 Onwards

1. And 7 Days or More Before Your Session Start Date
   We want to be as flexible as possible for our camp families! Cancellations after June 1 and 7 days or more before the session start date can be accommodated, for a cancellation fee of $100, per camper per week.

   This cancellation fee will be waived if you choose to instead apply the monies spent towards any other week of camp in Summer 2024 or Summer 2025

2. 1 – 6 Days Before Session Start Date:
   Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any refunds or credits 1 – 6 days in advance of your session start date unless a medical note is provided. If a medical note is provided, we will follow the same policies as set in Part B #1.

3. 0 Days Before Session Start Date:
   Please note if a child becomes sick and misses a full week of camp, but camp is not canceled 1 – 6 days in advance, a $100 lunch & program fee will apply. As long as a medical note is provided, we will follow the same policies as set in Part B #1.

C) Individual Days
Unfortunately, individual days missed for any reason cannot be credited or refunded. Similarly, individual days cannot be made up during a different session. This includes if a camper misses the majority of a week due to illness.

We are so confident in our camp program and our professional team of camp staff, that we have no problem guaranteeing your camper’s enjoyment of camp!

After your camper attends their first three days of camp (consecutive days), if they do not want to continue to come to camp, you will receive a full refund less those three days.
