At Adventure Valley, we believe in making life as easy and as stress-free as possible for all our camp parents. That’s why we have our unique “We’re Parents Too” cancellation policy in place.

For cancellation prior to your child’s first day of camp:

Make changes to your child’s sessions, or cancel your child’s sessions, for no penalty, up to 7 days before your child’s start date. 

That’s right! Just let us know by the Monday before your session begins, and you’ll get a full refund, no questions asked.

For cancellation after your child’s first day of camp:

We offer our signature Happy Camper Guarantee. We are so confident in our camp program and our professional team of camp staff, that we have no problem guaranteeing your camper’s enjoyment of camp!

After your camper attends their first three days of camp (consecutive days), if they do not want to continue to come to camp, you will receive a full refund less those three days.
