Camp fees include bus transportation from our neighbourhood stops, lunch, afternoon snack, all activities and equipment, and the BEST camp spirit Oakville has ever seen!

SIBLINGS SAVINGS!

Families will receive 5% off camp fees for their second, third, and any other additional children from the same family and household.

Payment Options

1) Pay a deposit ($300 per camper) at the time of registration, and pay in full by May 1, 2026.

2) Pay a deposit ($300 per camper) at the time of registration, and pay in monthly instalments, ending on May 1, 2026.

3) Pay in full at the time of registration 

Most families will submit payments by e-transfer. Please note that we will send an email confirming the receipt of your e-transfer as soon as we can. Each e-transfer must be inputted manually so please be patient during peak registration times (as registration opens and just before each discount deadline) and on holidays/weekends. 

We also accept Visa and MasterCard. Please note that there is a 2.5% credit card fee.
