Hello Tigers! What another fantastic week at Adventure Valley! The campers were such a joy to have this week. We thank them for the amazing energy they brought to camp!
Now that it’s week two our campers are really finding their rhythm with the camp dance and sing all the words to the camp cheer proudly! Any new campers this week were quick to make friends with the returning campers.
Our campers really enjoyed the Idea Lab, where they engineered exciting inventions. Special thanks to these special guests!
This week at Roaring Rallies the campers were visited by an “art critic” named Gala Garfunkel. Gala wanted to see if these Tigers could succeed at this week’s theme of Art Attack. First was an extreme paint by numbers game; if the campers wanted to use a colour, they had to catch a counsellor. It was an intense battle and a close finish, but T1 took the win! The next game was giant pictionary. Campers were prompted to interpret and draw 45 different items such as magic, socks, and snow. It was an even closer race than the extreme paint by numbers! A big congrats to T2 for taking the lead!
There were some fantastic costumes this Friday! A few Tigers even won Silly Bananas for their creativity! Artists in their own way, their costumes definitely deserve a round of applause!
A big thank you to all of our Tigers who made this week such a blast! The camper’s spirit was infectious and it was incredible to see friendships forged and memories made.
